HVPL has designed single deck circular screen separator for particular applications where ultra high throughput handling is required and space available is very minimal. In this design vibrators are fitted outboard 180˚ apart. In this combination, torques produced by each vibrator are equal in amount but in opposite directions, resultant is circular motion. Each vibrators angular position decides amplitude and each vibrators U/B weights alignment decides the force, to allow for changing angular positions additional holes are provided on mounting bracket. By controlling these two parameters maximum screening efficiency can be achieved.
Sieved material drops directly down to the next process step or to a hopper. Biggest advantage of this design feed inlet and fines discharge outlet are in the same axis, this simplifies equipment layout.
